Aperol Manhattan

Aperol Manhattan (a Boulevardier Cocktail , but if you have no Campari)

  • 2 oz rye
  • 1 oz Aperol
  • 1/2 Oz sweet vermouth (like Carpano Antica, but regular Carpano or other sweet vermouth works too, just a little more jammy taste)
  • 2 dashes bitters

Stir long and well with ice in a mixing glass and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry.
