Boulevardier Cocktail
- 1 & 1/2 oz rye
- 1 oz Campari
- 1 oz sweet vermouth (like Carpano Antica, but regular Carpano or other sweet vermouth works too, just a little more jammy taste)
- 2 dashes bitters
Stir long and well with ice in a mixing glass and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry.
Notes: If you have a bottle of Campari, because you like that stuff, this is a fine whiskey cocktail:
