Moscow Mule

• 2 oz vodka
• juice of 1/2 freshly squeezed lime from washed lime
• oz ginger beer
• 2 dashes of prickly pear or lime bitters
• Lime wedge, for extra garnish

Build in a mule cup over ice. Drop the spent lime half in as well (wash limes when whole). And extra dash of bitters to top after mixing drink in for extra zing.
