Fish Taco White Sauce
White Sauce for fish tacos
Use with the Baja Taco recipe. You can toss the shredded cabbage with it to give it great flavor.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Homemade Yogurt (or store bought)
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon Dill Weed (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Sambal Oelek Ground Chili Paste, or Gochujang Korean pepper paste, dissolved in a little lime juice
Steps:
- Add all ingredients to a small mixing bowl and Whisk together until completely smooth.
- Place into refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, prior to serving to all flavors to marry and become one.
