Aero Di Carta Old Fashioned Cocktail

A Holiday cocktail, the Aereo di Carta Old Fashioned

2oz high corn, overproof bourbon (like Elijah Craig barrel proof, George Dickel bottled in bond, or Evan Williams barrel proof)
1/4 Oz amaretto
1/4 Oz aperol
1/4 Oz lemon juice
Orange peel and luxardo cherry for garnish

Mix in mixing glass, serve over big ice (oops, i didn't do that) and garnish with orange peel and cherry on a pick.

Notes: This is, from the name, more-Italian liquer angle on a Paper Plane cocktail, which is a yummy one.
